Abstract
Media digital yang selama ini dipandang berdampak negatif terhadap peserta didik, namun ternyata terdapat pondok pesantren yang justru memanfaatkannya sebagai media efektif dalam proses penghafalan Al-Qur’an. Penelitiab ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap penggunaan media digital di kalangan santri sebagai media penguatan, percepatan dan penyempurna dalam proses penghafalan Al-Qur’an. Riset kualtitatif ini bersandar pada data obeservasi dan wawancara mendalam.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (a) penggunaan media digital sebagai penguat proses penghafalan Al-Qur’an menggambarkan, dari 23 santri terdapat enam santri yang memiliki hafalan kuat, (b) penggunaan media digital sebagai media percepatan hafalan Al-Qur’an. Dari 23 santri terdapat 11 santri yang berhasil menghafal Al-Qur’an dalam 9 bulan. (c) penggunaan media digital sebagai media penyempurna dalam proses hafalan Al-Qur’an. Dari 23 santri terdapat tiga yang memiliki hafalan sempurna. Temuan penelitian ini merekomendasikan media digital dapat dijadikan sarana efektif dalam penghafalan Al-Qur’an, jika digunakan secara bijak dan benar.
ABSTRACT:
Digital media has often been viewed as having a negative impact on students, but it turns out that there is a pesantren (Islamic boarding school) that actually utilizes it as an effective medium in the memorization of the Quran. This research aims to uncover the use of digital media among santri (Islamic students) as a means of strengthening, expediting, and perfecting the Quranic memorization process. This qualitative study relies on observational data and in-depth interviews.
The research findings indicate that: (a) The use of digital media as a reinforcement for the Quranic memorization process is evident, with six out of 23 santri having a strong memorization. (b) Digital media is used as an accelerator for Quranic memorization, with 11 out of 23 santri successfully memorizing the Quran within 9 months. (c) Digital media serves as a tool for perfecting the Quranic memorization process, with three out of 23 santri achieving perfect memorization.
The findings of this research recommend that digital media can be effectively utilized in Quranic memorization when used wisely and appropriately.
