Abstract

Isu lingkungan semakin menjadi perhatian di seluruh dunia, karena sumber daya alam terus dieksploitasi yang menyebabkan rusaknya alam seperti deforestasi, krisis air, polusi udara, keanekaragaman hayati. Oleh sebab itu, pemahaman terhadap lingkungan sudah seharusnya diwujudkan mengingat kondisi bumi yang sedang krisis agar dapat memperbaiki kondisi lingkungan dan memberikan rasa kepedulian kepada lingkungan. Oleh sebab itu, penanaman nilai karakter peduli lingkungan menjadi dasar yang penting untuk membentuk pola pikir manusia terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Informan penelitian meliputi ketua tim Adiwiyata, wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum, guru PAI, dan beberapa peserta didik SMP Negeri 31 Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pertama, program penanaman nilai karakter peduli lingkungan meliputi kebijakan sekolah berwawasan lingkungan, kegiatan sekolah berwawasan lingkungan, lingkungan sekolah berwawasan lingkungan. Kedua, proses pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dalam menanamkan nilai karakter peduli lingkungan melalui perencanaan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, evaluasi pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam. Ketiga, perilaku peduli lingkungan siswa SMP Negeri 31 Semarang dapat dilihat dari tiga aspek. Secara kognitif, siswa mengetahui manusia bertanggung jawab menjaga bumi, melestarikan bumi, pentingnya menjaga lingkungan. Secara afektif, siswa mempunyai kesadaran dan cepat tanggap terhadap lingkungan terlihat dari siswa membuang sampah pada tempatnya dan mengingatkan satu sama lain. Secara aspek psikomotor, siswa membersihkan lingkungan, mendukung eco friendly, merawat dan melestarikan pohon, melaksanakan piket kelas dan menyiram tanaman, siswa juga aktif dalam kegiatan peduli lingkungan yang diadakan sekolah.

ABSTRACT:
Environmental issues are increasingly becoming a concern throughout the world, because natural resources continue to be exploited which causes damage to nature such as deforestation, water crisis, air pollution, biodiversity. Therefore, an understanding of the environment should be realized considering the condition of the earth which is currently in crisis in order to improve environmental conditions and provide a sense of concern for the environment. Therefore, hiding the character value of caring for the environment is an important basis for forming a human mindset towards the environment. Qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Research informants included the head of the Adiwiyata team, deputy head of the school curriculum section, PAI teacher, and several students at SMP Negeri 31 Semarang. The results of the study show that first, the environmental care character value envelope program includes environmentally sound school policies, environmentally sound school activities, and environmentally sound school environment. Second, the process of learning Islamic religious education in fostering character values of caring for the environment through planning Islamic religious education learning, implementing Islamic religious education learning, evaluating learning Islamic religious education. Third, the environmental care behavior of SMP Negeri 31 Semarang students can be seen from three aspects. Cognitively, students know that humans are responsible for protecting the earth, caring for the earth, the importance of protecting the environment. Affectively, having awareness and responsiveness to students' environment can be seen from students throwing trash in its place and reminding one another. In the psychomotor aspect, cleaning the environment, supporting environmentally friendly students, caring for and maintaining trees, carrying out class pickets and watering plants, students are also active in environmental care activities held by the school.
