Abstract

Pesatnya integrasi teknologi digital dalam pendidikan di satu sisi memberikan kemajuan bidang pendidikan, namun di sisi lain memunculkan problem moral peserta didik. Fenomena tersebut mendorong setiap sekolah tidak menghindari digitalisasi, akan tetapi menjadikan digitalisasi sebagai media penanaman moral yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap penanaman moral melalui Pendidikan Agama Islam yang dilaksanakan dalam sistem pendidikan digital sekolah. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada serangkaian wawancara dan observasi atas teknik penanaman moral yang digunakan di SMA Nasima Semarang. Berbagai teknik yang dilakukan tersebut menjadi dasar bagi temuan penelitian ini. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik penanaman moral di SMA Nasima Semarang ditentukan berdasarkan setiap dimensi moral (pengetahuan moral, perasaan moral, dan perilaku moral) sehingga memberikan dampak bagi moral peserta didik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa; pertama, Teknik penanaman pengetahuan moral dilakukan dengan pembiasaan budaya baca e-modul dan sumber internet, stimulus teori moral, dan pengayaan melalui materi mata pelajaran tambahan dan kegiatan kultur sekolah. Kedua, Teknik penanaman perasaan moral dilakukan dengan pembiasaan pengamatan tayangan dan penugasan serta aktivitas orang lain, serta stimulus motivasi melalui rutinitas harian. Ketiga, Teknik penanaman perilaku moral dilakukan dengan tata tertib, komitmen bersama, serta pendampingan penggunaan teknologi dalam berbagai kegiatan di dalam maupun diluar pembelajaran. Dampak dari teknik tersebut menjadikan setiap keputusan moral peserta didik dilandaskan dengan nilai ajaran Islam, sadar terhadap etika berteknologi dan meningkatnya kepedulian sosial. Sejalan dengan itu tulisan ini menyarankan sekolah-sekolah melakukan transformasi teknik penanaman moral yang tepat tanpa mengabaikan digitalisasi yang dapat disesuaikan dengan situasi dan kondisi kultur sekolah.

ABSTRACT:
The rapid integration of digital technology in education on the one hand provides progress in the field of education, but on the other hand raises the moral problems of students. This phenomenon encourages every school not to avoid digitalization, but to make digitalization a medium for proper moral cultivation. The purpose of this research is to reveal moral cultivation through Islamic Religious Education implemented in the school's digital education system. This research is based on a series of interviews and observations of moral cultivation techniques used at SMA Nasima Semarang. The various techniques used are the basis for the findings of this research. The findings of this research show that moral cultivation techniques at SMA Nasima Semarang are determined based on each moral dimension (moral knowledge, moral feelings, and moral behavior) so as to have an impact on the morals of students. This study concludes that; first, moral knowledge cultivation techniques are carried out by habituation of e-module reading culture and internet sources, moral theory stimulus, and enrichment through additional subject matter and school culture activities. Second, the technique of instilling moral feelings is carried out by habituation of observation of impressions and assignments and activities of others, as well as motivational stimulus through daily routines. Third, the technique of instilling moral behavior is carried out with rules, joint commitments, and assistance in the use of technology in various activities inside and outside of learning. The impact of these techniques makes every moral decision of students based on the value of Islamic teachings, aware of the ethics of technology and increased social care. In line with that, this paper suggests that schools transform appropriate moral cultivation techniques without ignoring digitalization that can be adapted to the situation and conditions of school culture.
