Abstract

Pendidikan di indonesia cenderung mendahulukan penguasaan aspek kecerdasan dan banyak yang mengabaikan akhlak peserta didik. Sehingga banyak lembaga pendidikan yang mengalami tindakan-tindakan yang tidak baik seperti tindakan bullying. Maraknya perilaku bullying di dunia pendidikan bahkan mulai banyak terjadi di pesantren menjadi kehawatiran masyarakat untuk menitipkan anaknya di pesantren.
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk (1) Mengungkap revitalisasi pendidikan akhlak dalam mencegah perilaku bullying di pondok pesantren Fathul Huda Demak, (2) Mengelaborasi faktor yang dipilih dalam mencegah perilaku bullying (3) Mengungkap implikasi revitalisasi pendidikan akhlak terhadap terwujudnya lingkungan bebas perilaku bullying di pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.
Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa,(1) strategi revitalisasi pendidikan akhlak dalam mencegah perilaku bullying di pondok pesantren Fathul Huda ada lima, yaitu: al mauidzah, al uswah, at ta’zir, ar riyadhah, at tafriq, (2) strategi pendidikan akhlak menjadi faktor yang dipilih dalam mencegah perilaku bullying karena keduanya merupakan dua komponen yang bertolak belakang, (3) implikasi revitalisasi pendidikan akhlak terhadap terwujudnya lingkungan bebas perilaku bullying di pesantren yaitu: kesadaran, saling menghormati, kedisiplinan, pengendalian diri dan kesetaraan & perdamaian.

ABSTRACT:
Education in Indonesia tends to prioritize mastery of aspects of intelligence and many people ignore the morals of students. So many educational institutions experience bad actions such as bullying. The rise of bullying behavior in the world of education is even starting to occur in Islamic boarding schools, making it a concern for people to send their children to Islamic boarding schools.
The aims of this research are to (1) Reveal the revitalization of moral education in preventing bullying behavior at the Fathul Huda Islamic boarding school in Demak, (2) Elaborate on the factors chosen to prevent bullying behavior (3) Reveal the implications of the revitalization of moral education in creating a bullying-free environment in Islamic boarding schools. . This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques wich are used are interview, observation and documentation methods.
The results of this research show that, (1) there are five strategies for revitalizing moral education in preventing bullying behavior at the Fathul Huda Islamic boarding school, namely: al mauidzah, al uswah, at ta'zir, ar riyadhah, at tafriq, (2) educational strategies Morals are the factor chosen in preventing bullying behavior because they are two contradictory components, (3) the implications of the revitalization of morals education for the realization of an environment free of bullying behavior in Islamic boarding schools, are: awareness, mutual respect, discipline, self-control and equality & peace.
