Abstract
Mobile Astrophotography merupakan manifestasi terhadap berkembangnya era teknologi di zaman sekarang pada terapan ilmu falak, terkhusus pada pelaksanaan Rukyatul hilal, media ini lahir dalam mempermudah proses tersebut melalui konsep portable dengan basis pada android sistem yang dibawakan serta memiliki nilai ekonomis dan efisiensi guna pelaksanaannya. Terdapat beberapa kekurangan dalam penggunaanya, yakni pada spesifikasi yang dimiliki oleh mobile astrophotography yang nantinya akan mempengaruhi fungsi, serta akurasinya dalam penentuan Rukyatul hilal, tapi dibalik kekurangan tersebut, mobile astrophotography memiliki potensi dalam memaksimalkan fungsinya pada pelaksanaan Rukyatul hilal bila dilakukan pengembangan lebih lanjut pada spesifikasi perangkat yang digunakannya. Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk menjawab permasalahan terkait proses pengoprasian dan tingkat akurasi yang dihasilkan mobile astrophotography dalam pelaksanaan Rukyatul hilal.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan (Field research). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi, uji coba produk, dan wawancara, serta teknik analisis data melalui deskriptif analitis dan komparatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua hal. Pertama dari beberapa titik pelaksanaan Rukyatul hilal dilakukan, sulit untuk menentukan hilal melalui alat tersebut dikarenakan faktor cuaca yang tidak mendukung seperti mendung berawan, hujan, dan polusi udara sehingga penggunaan mobile astrophotography menjadi tidak maksimal, hanya terdapat satu titik dimana media ini mampu melihat hilal mudah pada ketinggian 25°. Kedua, alat ini memiliki kekurangan pada segi lensa optik dan ketinggian hilal bila dibandingkan dengan teleskop BMKG yang dikhususkan untuk penentuan Rukyatul hilal. Dibalik kekurangannya, alat ini sedapatnya berpotensi guna pelaksanaan Rukyatul hilal dengan lebih maksimal bila dilakukan pengembangan seperti pelacakan otomatis (tracking go to) yang kedepannya memberikan hasil yang lebih baik lagi dalam hal penentuan Rukyatul hilal.
ABSTRACT:
Mobile Astrophotography is an manifestation of the development of the technological era in today's era of applied phalac science, especially in the implementation of Rukyatul hilal, this media was born in facilitating the process through the concept of portable with the basis on the android system that is brought and has economic value and efficiency for its implementation. There are some shortages in its use, namely in the specifications owned by mobile astrophotography which will affect the function, as well as its accuracy in determining Rukyatul hilal, but behind these shortcomings, mobile astrophotography has the potential to maximize its function in the implementation of Rukyatul hilal if further development is carried out on the specifications of the device it uses. This study is intended to answer problems related to the operation process and the level of accuracy produced by mobile astrophotography in the implementation of Rukyatul hilal.
This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method with a field research approach. Data collection techniques through documentation, product trials, and interviews, and data analysis techniques through descriptive analytical and comparative.
The research results show two things. First, from several points where the Rukyatul hilal was carried out, it was difficult to determine the hilal through the tool due to unfavorable weather factors such as cloudy clouds, rain, and air pollution so that the use of mobile astrophotography was not optimal, there was only one point where this media was able to see the hilal easily at an altitude of 25°. Secondly, this tool has shortages in terms of optical lens and hilal height when compared to the BMKG telescope which is specialized for Rukyatul hilal determination. Behind its shortcomings, this tool has the potential to carry out Rukyatul hilal more optimally if developments are made such as automatic tracking (tracking go to) which in the future will provide even better results in terms of determining Rukyatul hilal.
