Abstract
Pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam saat ini dihadapkan dengan adanya berbagai tuntutan administratif yang harus dipenuhi. Tuntutan tersebut membuat pengelolaan menjadi kaku, sehingga tujuan utama pendidikan bisa tergeser oleh tuntutan tersebut, termasuk madrasah ibtidaiyah. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya suatu terobosan dalam manajemen madrasah agar dapat memenuhi tuntutan tersebut tanpa bersikap kaku. Salah satu terobosan tersebut adalah menggali nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang dapat menjadi aset dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam. Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal tersebut kemudian dijadikan bagian dari budaya dan ditransmisikan dalam berbagai komponen manajemen pendidikan Islam. Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk menjawab pertanyaan: 1) bagaimana konstruksi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal di MI Negeri 1 dan MI Nurul Ulum Unggulan Bojonegoro Jawa Timur ?, 2) bagaimana internalisasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal di MI Negeri 1 dan MI Nurul Ulum Unggulan Bojonegoro Jawa Timur ? 3) bagaimana manajemen madrasah berbasis kearifan lokal di MI Negeri 1 Bojonegoro dan MI Nurul Ulum Unggulan Bojonegoro Jawa Timur ? Permasalahan itu dibahas melalui studi lapangan. Lokasi penelitian sebagai sumber data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi semi partisipan dan telaah dokumen. Semua data dianalisis dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan analisis deskriptif menggunakan logika induktif, deduktif dan reflektif.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan, sebagai berikut; 1) konstruksi nilai kearifan lokal di MI Negeri 1 Bojonegoro berdasarkan pengetahuan individu (local knowledge) atas kondisi sosial budaya masyarakat Bojonegoro yang dihubungkan dengan nilai-nilai agama sesuai logika dan kecerdasannya (local genious) melalui pendekatan teologis normatif dan antropologis, menghasilkan nilai kearifan lokal berupa: kerja keras, tangguh dan peduli lingkungan, sementara di MI Nurul Ulum Unggulan Bojonegoro nilai konstruksi kearifan lokal dibangun berdasarkan pengetahuan individu atas kondisi sosial budaya masyarakat Bojonegoro yang dihubungkan dengan nilai-nilai agama serta doktrin Ahlussunnah wal jamā’ah dengan pendekatan kebudayaan dan psikologis, menghasilkan nilai kearifan lokal berupa: nilai kejujuran, kerja keras, menghormati leluhur, 2) internalisasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal di MI Negeri 1 Bojonegoro dilakukan melalui perumusan nilai kearifan lokal, mentransmisikan nilai kearifan lokal dalam organisasi madrasah, mentransmisikan nilai kearifan lokal dalam manajemen madrasah, memberikan pemahaman pentingnya kearifan lokal dalam manajemen madrasah. Internalisasi nilai kearifan lokal dalam manajemen madrasah di MI Nurul Ulum Bojonegoro dilakukan melalui perumusan nilai kearifan lokal, mentransmisikan nilai kearifan lokal dalam organisasi madrasah, mengindoktrinasi amaliah Ahlussunnah wal jamā’ah sebagai kearifan lokal dalam manajemen madrasah, memberikan pemahaman pentingnya kearifan lokal dalam manajemen madrasah. Internalisasi nilai kearifan lokal dikedua madrasah terdapat kesamaan, ada perbedaan pada indoktrinasi jika di MI Negeri 1 Bojonegoro dilakukan secara umum dengan istilah religius nasionalis, sementara di MI Nurul Ulum Unggulan Bojonegoro dilakukan secara khusus dengan istilah religius Ahlussunnah wal jamā’ah, 3) manajemen madrasah berbasis kearifan lokal di MI Negeri 1 Bojonegoro terintegrasi dalam komponen: kurikulum, sarana dan prasarana, pengelolaan dan hubungan masyarakat. Pengelolaan dilakukan melalui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan pengawasan dengan bentuk budaya burcaucratic culture, untuk di MI Nurul Ulum Unggulan Bojonegoro terintegrasi dalam komponen: kurikulum, tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, kesiswaan, pengelolaan dan hubungan masyarakat. Pengelolaan dilakukan melalui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan pengawasan dengan bentuk budaya clan culture. Temuan tersebut memberikan acuan dalam pengelolaan pendidikan Islam khususnya madrasah ibtidaiyah dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan.
ABSTRACT:
The management of Islamic educational institutions is currently faced with various administrative demands that must be met. These demands make management rigid, so that the main goal of education can be shifted by these demands, including madrasah primary education. Therefore, there is a need for a breakthrough in madrasah management in order to meet these demands without being rigid. One such breakthrough is exploring local wisdom values which can become assets in the management of Islamic educational institutions. These local wisdom values are then made part of the culture and transmitted in various components of Islamic education management. This study was intended to answer the questions: 1) how was the construction of local wisdom values in MI Negeri 1 and MI Nurul Ulum Unggulan Bojonegoro East Java?, 2) how was the internalization of local wisdom values in madrasa management in MI Negeri 1 and MI Nurul Ulum Unggulan Bojonegoro East Java? 3) how was the madrasah management based on local wisdom at MI Negeri 1 Bojonegoro and MI Nurul Ulum Unggulan Bojonegoro, East Java? The problem was discussed through field studies. The research location was as a source of data through in-depth interviews, semi-participant observation and document review. All data were analyzed with a phenomenological approach and descriptive analysis using inductive, deductive and reflective logic.
This research resulted in the following findings; 1) the construction of local wisdom values in MI Negeri 1 Bojonegoro was based on individual knowledge (local knowledge) on the socio-cultural conditions of the Bojonegoro people which were linked to religious values according to their logic and intelligence (local genious) through normative and anthropological theological approaches, producing local wisdom values in the form of: hard work, tough and care for the environment, while at MI Nurul Ulum Unggulan Bojonegoro the value of local wisdom construction was built on individual knowledge of the socio-cultural conditions of the Bojonegoro people which was linked to religious values and the Ahlussunnah wal jamā'ah doctrine with a cultural and psychological approach, producing local wisdom values in the form of: the value of honesty, hard work, honoring ancestors, 2) the internalization of local wisdom values at MI Negeri 1 Bojonegoro was carried out through the formulating of local wisdom values, transmitting local wisdom values within the madrasa organization, transmitting local wisdom values in madrasa management, providing an understanding of the importance of local wisdom in madrasa management. The internalization of local wisdom values in madrasa management at MI Nurul Ulum Unggulan Bojonegoro was carried out through formulating local wisdom values, transmitting local wisdom values within madrasah organizations, indoctrinating Ahlussunnah wal jamā'ah amaliah as local wisdom in madrasa management, providing an understanding of the importance of local wisdom in madrasa management. The internalization of local wisdom values in both madrasas had not only similarities but also differences in term of indoctrination. If at MI Negeri 1 Bojonegoro, it was carried out in general with nationalist religious terms, while at MI Nurul Ulum Unggulan Bojonegoro, it was carried out specifically with the religious term Ahlussunnah wal jamā'ah, 3) The madrasah management based on local wisdom at MI Negeri 1 Bojonegoro was integrated into components: curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, management and community relations. The management was carried out through planning, organizing, actuating and controlling in the form of a burcaucratic culture, while at MI Nurul Ulum Unggulan Bojonegoro, it was integrated in the components: curriculum, teaching and education staff, student affairs, management and community relations. The management was carried out through planning, organizing, actuating and controlling in the form of culture and culture. These findings provided a reference in the management of Islamic education, especially madrasah ibtidaiyah to improve the quality of education services.
