Abstract
Kontestasi modernitas sistem pendidikan Islam berbasis Al-Qur’an seperti lembaga taḥfīẓ Al-Qur’ān ramai diikuti oleh lembaga dengan pola muqīm (tinggal di asrama) seperti pondok pesantren takhaṣṣuṣ Al-Qur’an dan lembaga dengan pola lajo (pulang pergi atau tinggal di rumah) seperti rumah tahfiz, sekolah formal plus tahfiz atau madrasah tahfiz. Program taḥfīẓ Al-Qur’ān dengan pola muqīm dianggap lebih baik daripada pola lajo karena beberapa kajian, di antaranya: memiliki lingkungan yang kondusif dan disiplin, para ulama bidang Al-Qur’an dahulunya menghafalkan dengan pola muqīm di pondok pesantren, sistem pondok pesantren dianggap paling tangguh dalam menghadapi arus modernitas pendidikan, dan fasilitas sarana-prasarana yang representatif. Sementara itu, di sisi lain terdapat pendapat yang tidak menyarankan memondokkan anak karena bisa membatasi kebebasan anak dan kekurangan kasih sayang orang tua. Untuk mengakomodir pendapat keduanya maka diperlukan terobosan model pendidikan yang efektif dalam menghafalkan Al-Qur’an. Salah satu model itu adalah lembaga Pasca TPQ Program Tahfiz (PTPT) Metode Qiraati Cabang Sidoarjo yang menyelenggarakan program taḥfīẓ Al-Qur’ān dengan pola lajo. Lembaga ini terbukti mampu menghasilkan anak yang hafal Al-Qur’an 30 juz. Penelitian ini berangkat dari tiga rumusan masalah: (1) Bagaimana konsep tentang program taḥfīẓ Al-Qur’ān dengan metode Qiraati? (2) Bagaimana implementasi program taḥfīẓ Al-Qur’ān metode Qiraati dengan pola lajo di lembaga Pasca TPQ Program Tahfiz (PTPT) cabang Sidoarjo? (3) Mengapa program taḥfīẓ Al-Qur’ān metode Qiraati berhasil meluluskan penghafal Al-Qur’an 30 juz dengan pola lajo? Sedangkan tujuan penelian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa secara argumentatif konsep dan implementasi program taḥfīẓ Al-Qur’ān metode Qiraati dengan pola lajo, serta faktor-faktor keberhasilan dalam menghafalkan Al-Qur’an. Jenis penelitian ini adalah field research (penelitian lapangan) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data berasal dari trianggulasi sumber data yakni guru, santri dan orang tua, yang dikumpulkan dengan trianggulasi teknik pengumpulan data yakni wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisa menggunakan deskriptif analisis dengan teknis reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa, (1) program taḥfīẓ Al-Qur’ān metode Qiraati adalah program yang disusun oleh Koordinator Pendidikan Al-Qur’an Metode Qiraati dengan tujuan menghafalkan Al-Qur’an 30 juz dengan pola lajo atau nglaju (tidak tinggal di asrama); (2) Implementasi pembelajarannya diklasifikasikan menjadi menjadi dua tahap yaitu kelas Pra PTPT dan kelas PTPT. Kelas pra PTPT adalah tahapan persiapan menghafal Al-Qur’an yang terbagi menjadi 5 level, yaitu level ½ juz, level 1 juz, level 1½ juz, level 2 juz dan level 3 juz. Sedangkan kelas PTPT adalah tahap menghafalkan Al-Qur’an 30 juz yang terbagi menjadi enam kelas dengan cakupan materi hafalan tertentu, yaitu kelas 1 juz 1-5, kelas 2 juz 1-10, kelas 3 juz 1-15, kelas 4 juz 1-20, kelas 5 juz 1-25, dan kelas 6 juz 1-30. Penerapan pembelajaran di kelas pra PTPT dan kelas PTPT meliputi 4 sesi kegiatan, yaitu pra kegiatan, kegiatan pembukaan, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan penutup. Kegiatan inti di kelas pra PTPT adalah membaca Al-Qur’an dengan melihat mushaf sesuai target dalam sekali dudukan. Sedangkan kegiatan inti di kelas PTPT meliputi 5 sesi kegiatan, yaitu ngeloh (membuat hafalan baru), setoran atau talaqqī, istimrār (sambung ayat), baca simak dan baca bersama. Adapun evaluasi pembelajaran di PTPT ini meliputi 5 tingkatan, yaitu tes kenaikan juz, tes kenaikan kelas, seremonial kenaikan kelas dan imtiḥān terbuka pada ḥaflah khataman.; (3) Penggunaan pendekatan behaviorisme dapat mempermudah pembelajaran taḥfīẓ Al-Qur’ān dikarenakan empat hal, yaitu banyaknya stimulus belajar baik internal maupun eksternal, kesiapan santri penghafal Al-Qur’an yang baik secara fisik dan mental, banyaknya varian exercise (latihan) dan adanya stimulus yang mampu menciptakan satisfying state of affairs (keadaan yang memuaskan).
ABSTRACT:
The contestation of the modernity of the Al-Qur'an-based Islamic education system such as Al-Qur'an memorization institutions is widely followed by institutions with a muqīm pattern (staying in a dormitory) such as Al-Qur'an takhaṣṣuṣ Islamic boarding schools and institutions with a lajo pattern (commuting or staying at home) such as rumah tahfiz, formal school plus tahfiz or madrasah tahfiz. The Al-Qur'an memorization program with a muqīm pattern is considered better than the lajo pattern because of several studies, including: the environment is considered the most conducive and disciplined, the scholars in the field of Al-Qur'an used to memorize with the muqīm pattern in the Islamic boarding schools, the Islamic boarding school system is considered the most successful amidst the rapid flow of educational modernity, and the facilities and infrastructure in Islamic boarding schools are more representative. Meanwhile, on the other hand, there are opinions that do not recommend boarding children because it can limit the child's freedom and lack parental love. To accommodate both perspectives, a breakthrough educational model is needed that is effective in memorizing the Al-Qur'an but does not need to be standardized. One of these models is the Post-TPQ Tahfiz Program (PTPT) Qiraati Method Sidoarjo Branch which organizes the Al-Qur'an memorization program using the lajo pattern. This institution has proven effective in producing children who memorize 30 juz of the Al-Qur'an. This research departs from two problem formulations: (1) How is the concept of the Qur'an memorization program with the Qiraati method? (2) How is the implementation of the Qur'an memorization program with the Qiraati method for commuting students in the Post-TPQ Tahfiz Program (PTPT) Sidoarjo Branch (3) Why is the Al-Qur'an memorization program using the Qiraati method with the lajo pattern successful in producing memorizers of 30 juz of the Al-Qur'an? Meanwhile, the purpose of this study is to ascertain and analytically evaluate the concept and implementation of the Qur'an memorization program using the Qiraati method with the lajo pattern, as well as the factors that success the memorization of the Qur'an. This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach. The data source came from a triangulation of data sources, namely teachers, students and parents, which were collected using a triangulation of data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis with technical data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
This research found that: (1) the Qur'an memorization program using the Qiraati method is organized by the Coordinator of Qur'anic Education Method Qiraati with the aim of memorizing the entire 30 juz of the Qur'an with a a lajo or nglaju pattern (not living in a dormitory); (2) Its implementation is classified into two stages, namely the Pre-PTPT class and the PTPT class. The Pre-PTPT class serves as a preparatory stage for memorizing the Qur'an, divided into 5 levels: level ½ juz, level 1 juz, level 1½ juz, level 2 juz, and level 3 juz. Meanwhile, the PTPT class is the stage of memorizing the entire 30 juz of the Qur'an, divided into six classes covering specific memorization materials: class 1 juz 1-5, class 2 juz 1-10, class 3 juz 1-15, class 4 juz 1-20, class 5 juz 1-25, and class 6 juz 1-30. The implementation of learning in the Pre-PTPT class and the PTPT class consists of four session activities: pre-activity, opening activity, core activity, and closing activity. In the Pre-PTPT class, the core activity involves reading the Qur'an while looking at the mushaf according to the target in one sitting. Meanwhile, the core activity in the PTPT class includes five session activities: ngeloh (learning new memorization), setoran (deposite) or talaqqī (review), istimrār (continuation of verses), reading comprehension, and group reading. The evaluation of learning in PTPT covers five levels: the test for advancing juz, the test for advancing class, the ceremonial class advancement, and the open examination during the ḥaflah khataman; (3) The use of the behaviorism approach can success the learning of Qur'an memorization for four reasons: the abundance of learning stimuli both internal and external, the readiness of Quranic memorization students both physically and mentally, the variety of exercises, and the presence of stimuli capable of creating a satisfying state of affairs.
