Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk menganalisis pengembangan e-learning PAI dan Budi Pekerti berbasis penilaian higher order thinking skills (HOTS) untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar di SMA Negeri Se-Kota Salatiga; 2) Untuk menampilkan desain dan langkah-langkah dalam mengoperasikan e-learning PAI dan Budi Pekerti pekerti berbasis penilaian higher order thinking skills (HOTS) untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar di SMA Negeri Se-Kota Salatiga; 3) Untuk menganalisis kualitas produk dan validitas produk pengembangan e-learning PAI dan Budi Pekerti berbasis penilaian higher order thinking skills (HOTS) untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar di SMA Negeri Se-Kota Salatiga; 4) Untuk menganalisis efektifitas hasil produk pengembangan e-learning PAI dan Budi Pekerti berbasis penilaian higher order thinking skills (HOTS) dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar di SMA Negeri Se-Kota Salatiga.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah research and development (R&D) dengan model 4-D Thiagarajan yang dilakukan melalui 4 tahap, yaitu define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), develop (pengembangan) dan disseminate (penyebarluasan). Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, angket dan focus group discussion (FGD). Metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda berbantu aplikasi statistik Lisrel 9.2.
Hasil penelitian ini meliputi: Pertama, Pengembangan e-learning PAI dan Budi Pekerti berbasis penilaian Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar di SMA Negeri Se-Kota Salatiga memerlukan beberapa tahapan yang sistematis yaitu tahap kebutuhan aplikasi pembelajaran dan tahap review intruksional. Kedua, Desain e-learning PAI dan Budi Pekerti berbasis penilaian higher order thinking skills (HOTS) untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar di SMA Negeri Se-Kota Salatiga ini berbentuk website, dibuat menggunakan aplikasi PHP Bootstrap dengan memanfaatkan hosting dan domain. Sedangkan langkah-langkah mengoperasikannya menggunakan buku panduan e-learning PAI dan Budi Pekerti. Ketiga, Kualitas produk dan validitas produk pengembangan e-learning PAI dan Budi Pekerti berbasis penilaian Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar di SMA Negeri Se-Kota Salatiga ditunjukkan melalui hasil validasi ahli bidang IT dengan skor 92,50% (sangat layak), validasi media pembelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti dengan skor 85,54% (Sangat Layak), validasi ahli materi PAI dan Budi Pekerti dengan skor 100% (Sangat Layak), validasi ahli evaluasi penilaian dan strategi pembelajaran PAI dengan skor 95,46% (Sangat Layak), respon guru dengan skor skor 98% (sangat layak), dan respon siswa dengan skor 90,47% (Sangat Layak). Keempat, hasil produk pengembangan e-learning PAI dan Budi Pekerti berbasis penilaian higher order thinking skills (HOTS) efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar di SMA Negeri Se-Kota Salatiga ditunjukkan melalui uji efektifitas dengan nilai:

ABSTRACT:
The aims of this research are: 1) To analyze the development of Islamic Education and Character e-learning based on higher order thinking skills (HOTS) assessment to increase learning motivation and learning achievement in State High Schools throughout the City of Salatiga; 2) To present the design and steps in operating e-learning PAI and Budi Pekerti character based on higher order thinking skills (HOTS) assessment to increase learning motivation and learning achievement in Salatiga City Public High Schools; 3) To analyze the product quality and validity of PAI and Moral Education e-learning development products based on higher order thinking skills (HOTS) assessment to increase learning motivation and learning achievement in State High Schools throughout the City of Salatiga; 4) To analyze the effectiveness of the results of the PAI and Moral Education e-learning development products based on higher order thinking skills (HOTS) assessment in increasing learning motivation and learning achievement in State High Schools throughout the City of Salatiga.
This type of research is research and development (R&D) with the Thiagarajan 4-D model which is carried out through 4 stages, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. The results of this research include: First, the development of Islamic Education and Character e-learning based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) assessments to increase learning motivation and learning achievement in Salatiga City Public High Schools requires several systematic stages, namely the learning application requirements stage and the instructional review. Second, the PAI and Character e-learning design is based on higher order thinking skills (HOTS) assessment to increase learning motivation and learning achievement in Salatiga City Public High Schools in the form of a website, created using the PHP Bootstrap application by utilizing hosting and domain. Meanwhile, the steps to operate it use the PAI and Budi Pekerti e-learning guidebook. Third, the product quality and validity of PAI and Moral Education e-learning development products based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) assessments to increase learning motivation and learning achievement in Salatiga City Public High Schools is demonstrated through the validation results of IT experts with a score of 92.50 % (very worthy), validation of PAI and Characteristics learning media with a score of 85.54% (Very Eligible), validation of PAI and Characteristics material experts with a score of 100% (Very Eligible), validation of PAI assessment and learning strategy evaluation experts with a score 95.46% (Very Decent), the teacher's response was 98% (very feasible), and the student response was 90.47% (Very Decent). Fourth, the results of PAI e-learning and Character Development products based on higher order thinking skills (HOTS) assessments are effective in increasing learning motivation and learning achievement in Salatiga City Public High Schools shown through effectiveness tests with values:
