Diperlukan pengelola an stres perawat melalui pendekatan spiritual.

ABSTRACT:
High stress in nurses can disrupt nursing services to patients (distress) resulting in a loss of orientation towards self-care and the implementation of their professional duties. It is necessary to manage nurses' stress through a spiritual approach. This research aims to examine: 1) The influence of Żikir Laṭāif therapy 2) The influence of spiritual caring; 3) The interactive influence between Żikir laṭāif therapy and spiritual caring on nurses' stress in hospitals. This research method uses a quasi-experiment design with a pretest post test with control group design. Involving 60 nurses from the emergency room, ICU, Anggrek room and Children's room, using a cluster random sampling technique. Using the DASS-42 questionnaire and the Polar H-10 HRV tool, tested using ANOVA and ANACOVA analysis of variance assisted by W-Stat.
The results of data analysis showed that there was an influence of the practice of Żikir laṭāif on nurses' stress (p=0.002 DASS and p=0.001 HRV-Polar H-10). There was no influence between spiritual caring and nurses stress (p=0.192 DASS-42 and HRV Polar H-10). Interactive analysis between Żikir laṭāif therapy and Spiritual Caring, statistically there were no significant results (p=0.355 DASS and p=0.078 HRV Polar H-10). The conclusion of this research is that the practice of Żikir laṭāif shows a positive effect in reducing the stress of nurses in hospitals.
