Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena pergeseran orientasi pendidikan komunitas Sedulur Sikep Kudus. penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menjawab (1) Bagaimana pendidikan dalam perspektif komunitas Sedulur Sikep Kudus?, (2) Mengapa terjadi pergeseran orientasi pendidikan komunitas Sedulur Sikep Kudus?, (3) Bagaimana dampak pendidikan formal terhadap kehidupan sosial komunitas Sedulur Sikep Kudus?, jenis penelitian ini field Research bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pendidikan perspektif Sedulur Sikep, pendidikan yang mewariskan pengetahuan pengetahuan ajaran Ki Samin Surosentiko, mendidik budi pekerti tentang delapan pantangan. pendidikan dilaksanakan di pondokan. orang tua menanamkan nilai nilai kejujuran, nilai nilai Samin. Orang tua sebagai pendidik dan anak anaknya sebagai murid. Tujuannya adalah mengerti tentang ajaran Samin yang menjadi pedoman hidup, bertindak dan bekerja. (2) faktor faktor terjadinya pergeseran orientasi pendidikan. (a) Faktor lingkungan, lingkungan berpengaruh dalam mengubah pola pikir dan tindakan Sedulur Sikep untuk sekolah di lembaga pendidikan formal. tanpa sadar mereka mengikuti pola sistem sosial masyarakat di lingkungannya. (b) faktor sempitnya lahan pertanian, bertambahnya jumlah penduduk mengakibatkan lahan pertanian sempit. pertanian sebagai pekerjaan utama sesuai ajaran Samin Surosentiko. meninggalkan profesi pertanian merupakan bentuk adaptasi terhadap terhadap situasi baru. (c) faktor modernisasi, Pergeseran orientasi serta sikap masyarakat untuk hidup sesuai tuntutan zaman. Sehingga modernisasi merubah pola pikir komunitas Sedulur Sikep (3) Dampak pendidikan formal (a) kesadaran pentingnya pendidikan formal. Keasadaran komunitas Sedulur Sikep akan pentingnya pendidikan untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup, pandangan bahwa pendidikan formal akan memiliki nilai manfaat bagi mereka. (b) peningkatan pengetahuan. sekolah di lembaga pendidikan formal, dapat mengetahui dan memahami aturan aturan, sehingga tidak lagi buta terhadap akses informasi. (c) membentuk pribadi sosial. Setelah mengenal sekolah formal. akan terbentuk pribadi sosial yang dapat berinteraksi dengan masyarakat lain tanpa ada perbedaan.

ABSTRACT:
This research is motivated by the phenomenon of shifting educational orientation of the Sedulur Sikep Kudus community. This research is intended to answer (1) How is education from the perspective of the Sedulur Sikep Kudus community?, (2) Why is there a shift in educational orientation of the Sedulur Sikep Kudus community?, (3) What is the impact of formal education on the social life of the Sedulur Sikep Kudus community?, this type of research is qualitative field research with an ethnographic approach.
The results of the research show that (1) Education from Sedulur Sikep's perspective, education that passes on knowledge from the teachings of Ki Samin Surosentiko, educates morals regarding the eight taboos. education is carried out in boarding schools. parents instilled the values of honesty, Samin's values. Parents as educators and their children as students. The goal is to understand Samin's teachings which guide life, action and work. (2) factors that cause a shift in educational orientation. (a) Environmental factors, the environment has an influence in changing Sedulur Sikep's mindset and actions when going to school in formal educational institutions. Without realizing it, they follow the pattern of the social system of the people in their environment. (b) the factor of limited agricultural land, increasing population results in narrow agricultural land. agriculture as the main occupation according to the teachings of Samin Surosentiko. Leaving the agricultural profession is a form of adaptation to new situations. (c) modernization factors, shifts in orientation and attitudes of society to live according to the demands of the times. So that modernization changes the mindset of the Sedulur Sikep community (3) Impact of formal education (a) awareness of the importance of formal education. The Sedulur Sikep community's awareness of the importance of education to improve their standard of living, the view that formal education will have beneficial value for them. (b) increased knowledge. schools in formal educational institutions, can know and understand the rules, so they are no longer blind to access to information. (c) forming a social personality. After getting to know formal school. A social person will be formed who can interact with other people without any differences.
