This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between problem-focused coping and self-efficacy with learning motivation in 12th-grade students at MA Al-Hikmah Kajen. This research employs a quantitative approach with correlational analysis techniques. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a relationship between problem-focused coping and self-efficacy with learning motivation in 12th-grade students at MA Al-Hikmah Kajen. The sample size used in this study is 135 students, selected using non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique. This study uses measurement scales for problem-focused coping, self-efficacy, and learning motivation created by the researcher. The data analysis method uses Pearson product-moment and multiple correlation tests. The results of the first hypothesis show a positive relationship between problem-focused coping and learning motivation of 0.004. The results of the second hypothesis show a positive relationship between self-efficacy and learning motivation of 0.37. The results of the third hypothesis show a correlation of 0.325 with a significance result of 0.001. The first hypothesis is accepted, indicating that the higher the problem-focused coping, the higher the learning motivation, and vice versa, the lower the problem-focused coping, the lower the learning motivation. The second hypothesis is accepted, indicating that the higher the self-efficacy, the higher the students' learning motivation, and vice versa, the lower the self-efficacy, the lower the students' learning motivation. The third hypothesis is accepted, indicating that there is a significant relationship between the variables of problem-focused coping and self-efficacy with learning motivation in MA Al-Hikmah Kajen.

ABSTRAK:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan antara problem focus coping dan efikasi diri dengan motivasi belajar pada siswa kelas 12 di MA Al-Hikmah Kajen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis korelasional. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan antara problem focus coping dan efikasi diri dengan motivasi belajar pada siswa kelas 12 di MA Al-Hikmah Kajen. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 135 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik non probability sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur skala problem focus coping, efikasi diri, dan motivasi belajar yang dibuat oleh peneliti. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji pearson product moment dan multiple correlation. Hasil hipotesis pertama menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara problem focus coping dengan motivasi belajar sebesar 0,004. Hasil hipotesis kedua terdapat hubungan positif antara efikasi diri dengan motivasi belajar sebesar 0,37. Hasil hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan angka korelasi sebesar 0,325 dengan hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,001. Hipotesis pertama diterima sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi problem focus coping semakin tinggi motivasi belajar dan sebaliknya semakin rendah problem focus coping semakin rendah motivasi belajar. Hipotesis kedua diterima sehingga dapat diartikan semakin tinggi efikasi diri maka semakin tinggi motivasi belajar dan sebaiknya semakin rendah efikasi diri maka semakin rendah motivasi belajar. Hipotesis ketiga diterima sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang singnifikan antara variabel problem focus coping dan efikasi diri dengan motivasi belajar pada MA Al-Hikmah Kajen.
