This research aims to empirically examine the relationship between religiosity and peer conformity with smoking behavior among students of SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Bangsri. This study employs a quantitative approach with correlational analysis techniques. The hypotheses in this research are the relationship between religiosity and peer conformity with smoking behavior among students of SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Bangsri. The sample size used in this study is 177 students selected through probability sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling with a population of 318 students. This research utilizes measurement instruments for religiosity scale, peer conformity, and smoking behavior developed by the researcher. Data analysis method involves Pearson product-moment test and multiple correlation. The results of the first hypothesis indicate a negative relationship between religiosity and smoking behavior of -0.166. Thus, it can be interpreted that the higher the religiosity, the lower the smoking behavior, and conversely, the lower the religiosity, the higher the smoking behavior. The results of the second hypothesis show a positive relationship between peer conformity and smoking behavior of 0.548. Hence, it can be interpreted that the higher the peer conformity, the higher the students' smoking behavior, and conversely, the lower the peer conformity, the lower the students' smoking behavior. The results of the third hypothesis indicate a correlation coefficient of 0.626 with a significance level of 0.000. Thus, it can be stated that there is a significant relationship between the variables of religiosity and peer conformity with smoking behavior among students of SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Bangsri.

ABSTRAK:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan religiusitas dan konformitas teman sebaya dengan perilaku merokok pada siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Bangsri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis analisis korelasional. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu hubungan antara religiusitas dan konformitas teman sebaya dengan perilaku merokok pada siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Bangsri. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 177 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik probability sampling dengan jenis proportionate stratified random sampling dengan populasi sebesar 318 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur skala religiusitas, konformitas teman sebaya, dan perilaku merokok yang dibuat oleh peneliti. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji pearson product moment dan multiple correlation. Hasil hipotesis pertama menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif antara religiusitas dengan perilaku merokok sebesar -0,166. Sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi religiusitas semakin rendah perilaku merokok dan sebaliknya semakin rendah religiusitas semakin tinggi perilaku merokok. Hasil hipotesis kedua terdapat hubungan positif antara konformitas teman sebaya dengan perilaku merokok sebesar 0,548. Sehingga dapat diartikan semakin tinggi konformitas teman sebaya maka semakin tinggi perilaku merokok siswa dan sebaiknya semakin rendah konformitas teman sebaya maka semakin rendah perilaku merokok siswa. Hasil hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan angka korelasi sebesar 0,626 dengan hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel religiusitas dan konformitas teman sebaya dengan perilaku merokok pada siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Bangsri.
