Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh antara adversity quotient dan dukungan sosial terhadap kesiapan kerja pada siswa SMK Al Asror Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 112 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi adalah sampel. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu skala kesiapan kerja, skala adversity quotient, dan skala dukungan sosial. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara adversity quotient terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Al Asror Semarang dengan nilai pengaruh sebesar 0,662 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. pada pengujian selanjutnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap kesiapan kerja pada siswa SMK Al Asror dengan nilai pengaruh sebesar 0,202 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002. Selanjutnya pengujian pengaruh adversity quotient dan dukungan sosial terhadap kesiapan kerja pada siswa SMK Al Asror berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan nilai sebesar 0,000 dan berkontribusi sebesar 49,2%. sehingga pada penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh antara adversity quotient dan dukungan sosial terhadap kesiapan kerja pada siswa SMK Al Asror Semarang. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi nilai dari adversity quotient dan dukungan sosial siswa maka semakin tinggi pula kesiapan kerja siswa., begitu pula sebaliknya. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya yang memiliki ketertarikan dengan topik yang sama, diharap lebih memperluas pembahasan, tata Bahasa, dan variabel lain yang berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja lainnya

ABSTRACT:
This study aims to empirically test the influence of adversity quotient and social support on work readiness among students at Al Asror Vocational School, Semarang. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 112 students. The sampling technique uses saturated samples where the entire population is sampled. The measuring instruments used are the work readiness scale, adversity quotient scale, and social support scale. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study show that there is an influence between the adversity quotient on the work readiness of students at Al Asror Vocational School Semarang with an influence value of 0.662 with a significance value of 0.000. The next test shows that there is an influence of social support on work readiness in Al Asror Vocational School students with an influence value of 0.202 with a significance value of 0.002. Next, testing the influence of the adversity quotient and social support on work readiness in Al Asror Vocational School students has a significant effect with a value of 0.000 and contributes 49.2%. So in this study there is an influence between the adversity quotient and social support on work readiness among students at Al Asror Vocational School, Semarang. It can be concluded that the higher the value of the student's adversity quotient and social support, the higher the student's work readiness, and vice versa. For future researchers who are interested in the same topic, it is hoped that the discussion, grammar and other variables that influence work readiness will be further expanded.
