Abstract

Persepsi kinerja dapat merupakan pandangan karyawan tentang tingkat pencapaian kerjanya secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif dari sebuah kegiatan produksi yang ada di dalam perusahaan sesuai dengan aturan, moral, dan etika yang ada di dalam perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Beberapa faktor yang diprediksi dapat mendukung peningkatan persepsi kinerja karyawan adalah persepsi budaya organisasi dan psychologycal well-being. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh antara persepsi budaya organisasi dan psychologycal well-being terhadap persepsi kinerja karyawan di PT. Powerindo Prima Perkasa. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala persepsi budaya organisasi, skala psychologycal well-being, dan skala persepsi kinerja karyawan. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik conveniece sampling. dan penentuan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 155 karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara persepsi budaya organisasi terhadap persepsi kinerja karyawan di PT. Powerindo Prima Perkasa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,035<0,05 dan nilai t hitung 2,124>t tabel 1,975 sehingga secara parsial H1 diterima dan terdapat pengaruh psychologycal well-being terhadap persepsi kinerja karyawan PT. Powerindo Prima Perkasa secara tidak signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,073>0,05 dan nilai t hitung 1,807<t tabel 1,975. sehingga secara parsial H2 ditolak. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara persepsi budaya organisasi dan psychologycal well-being terhadap persepsi kinerja karyawan PT. Powerindo Prima Perkasa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001<0,05 dan nilai f hitung 7,687>f tabel 3,06 sehingga secara simultan H3 diterima.

ABSTRACT:
Perception of performance can be an employee's view of the level of work achievement qualitatively and quantitatively from production activities within the company in accordance with the rules, morals and ethics within the company to achieve organizational goals. Several factors that are predicted to support increased employee performance perceptions are perceptions of organizational culture and psychological well-being. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out whether or not there is an influence between perceptions of organizational culture and psychological well-being on perceptions of employee performance at PT. Powerindo Prima Perkasa. The measuring instruments used in this research are the organizational culture perception scale, the psychological well-being scale, and the employee performance perception scale. Data collection in this study used a non-probability sampling method with a convenience sampling technique. and determining the sample size in this study using the Slovin formula of 155 employees. Data analysis used in hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression tests with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this research indicate that there is an influence between perceptions of organizational culture on perceptions of employee performance at PT. Powerindo Prima Perkasa with a significance value of 0.035<0.05 and a calculated t value of 2.124>t table 1.975 so that H1 is partially accepted and there is influence between psychological well-being on the perception of employee performance PT. Powerindo Prima Perkasa insignificantly with a significance value of 0.073>0.05 and a calculated t value of 1.807<t table 1.975 so that H2 is partially rejected. Simultaneously there is an influence between perceptions of organizational culture and psychological well-being on perceptions of employee performance PT. Powerindo Prima Perkasa with a significance value of 0.001<0.05 and a calculated f value of 7.687>f table 3.06 so that H3 is simultaneously accepted.
