Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh antara self efficacy dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar pada siswa SMK NU 03 Kaliwungu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 146 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel cluster random sampling Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu nilai rata-rata siswa, skala self efficacy, dan skala motivasi berprestasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh self efficacy terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMK NU 03 Kaliwungu dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,004 pada pengujian selanjutnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMK NU 03 Kaliwungu dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 Selanjutnya pengujian pengaruh self efficacy dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMK NU 03 Kaliwungu berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan nilai sebesar 0,000 dan berkontribusi sebesar 25,7% sehingga pada penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh self efficacy dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMK NU 03 Kaliwungu.

ABSTRACT:
This study aims to empirically test the influence of self-efficacy and achievement This research aims to empirically test the influence of self-efficacy and achievement motivation on learning outcomes for students at Vocational School NU 03 Kaliwungu. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 146 students. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. The measuring instruments used are the average student score, the self-efficacy scale, and the achievement motivation scale. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this research show that there is an influence of self-efficacy on the learning outcomes of students at Vocational School NU 03 Kaliwungu with a significance value of 0.004. The next test shows that there is an influence of achievement motivation on the learning outcomes of students at Vocational School NU 03 Kaliwungu with a significance value of 0.000. Next, test the influence of self-efficacy and motivation. achievement on the learning outcomes of students at Vocational School NU 03 Kaliwungu has a significant effect with a value of 0.000 and contributes 25.7% so that in this research there is an influence of self-efficacy and achievement motivation on the learning outcomes of students at Vocational School NU 03 Kaliwungu.
