Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini didasarkan pada tuntutan keterampilan abad 21 salah satunya adalah literasi membaca. Berdasarkan penelitian kemampuan literasi membaca siswa MA Mu’allimat NU Kudus masih tergolong rendah yaitu sebesar 47,6%. Selain itu kebutuhan akan sumber belajar untuk menunjang pembelajaran biologi kurang bervariatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan desain dan menguji kelayakan ensiklopedia invertebrata terintegrasi nilai Islam bermuatan problem solving sebagai sumber belajar yang dapat melatih literasi membaca. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan R&D (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan 4D (define, design, development, disseminate). Analisis data menggunakan studi kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa “Ensiklopedia Invertebrata” dalam bentuk cetak. Hasil kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa ensiklopedia yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar menurut penilaian ahli materi (89,6%), ahli media (81,7%), ahli integrasi nilai Islam (82%), ahli metodologi (73,3%), ahli keterampilan abad 21 (80%), guru biologi (86,9%), uji lapangan skala terbatas (86,8%), uji lapangan skala luas (85,8%), sehingga diperoleh persentase kelayakan rata-rata sebesar 83,2%. Selain itu ensiklopedia yang dikembangkan mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta didik.

ABSTRACT:
This development research is based on the demands of 21st century skills, one of which is reading literacy. Based on research, the reading literacy ability of MA Mu'allimat NU Kudus students is still relatively low, at 47.6%. In addition, the need for learning resources to support biology learning is less varied. The purpose of this study is to explain the design and test the feasibility of an integrated invertebrate encyclopedia with Islamic values with problem solving as a learning resource that can train reading literacy. The type of research used uses R&D (Research and Development) with a 4D development model (define, design, development, disseminate). Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative studies. This research produced a product in the form of "Encyclopedia of Integrated Invertebrates of Islamic Values Loaded with Problem Solving" in printed form. The feasibility results showed that the encyclopedia developed was very feasible to be used as a learning resource according to the assessment of material experts (89.6%), media experts (81.7%), Islamic value integration experts (82%), methodology experts (73.3%), 21st century skills experts (80%), biology teachers (86.9%), limited-scale field tests (86.8%), wide-scale field tests (85.8%), so that the average feasibility percentage was obtained of 83.2%. In addition, the encyclopedia developed received a positive response from students.
