Abstract

Perkembangan industri perbankan syariah di Indonesia terus menunjukkan pertumbuhan, namun market share Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) masih tergolong rendah dibandingkan lembaga keuangan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi, kepercayaan, dan pendapatan terhadap minat menabung masyarakat pada BPRS Suriyah Kantor Cabang Pekalongan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis melalui beberapa tahap, meliputi uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (meliputi normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heterokesdastitas), uji analisis regresi linier berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Semua analisis karakteristik pengujian dilakukakan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 24.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosi dan kepercayaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung. Sedangkan variabel pendapatan secara parsial berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,571 menunjukkan bahwa 57% minat menabung dipengaruhi oleh variabel promosi, variabel kepercayan dan variabel pendapatan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi BPRS Suriyah Kantor Cabang Pekalongan guna memaksimalkan minat menabung masyarakat.

ABSTRACT:
The development of the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia continues to show positive growth. However, the market share of Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) remains relatively low compared to other financial institutions. This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion, trust, and income on the public’s saving interest at BPRS Suriyah, Pekalongan Branch Office.
This research employs a quantitative approach using primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The data were analyzed through several stages, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), as well as multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t-test and coefficient of determination (R2). All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS version 24.
The results show that the variables promotion and trust have a positive and significant partial effect on saving interest. In contrast, the income variable has a negative and insignificant partial effect. The coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.571 indicates that 57% of the variation in saving interest is explained by the three variables, while the remaining 43% is influenced by other factors outside this research model. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for BPRS Suriyah, Pekalongan Branch Office, in enhancing public interest in saving.
