Tingkat pemahaman nasabah terhadap penggunaan dan fitur aplikasi Byond masih menjadi tantangan, ditambah dengan berbagai keluhan teknis serta isu keamanan akibat serangan siber dan gangguan sistem.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman nasabah,teknologi informasi dan keamanan terhadap keputusan penggunaan platform Byond BSI dengan studi pada kecamatan purwodadi kabupaten grobogan.
Metode pnelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan berasal dari dua sumber, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan berbagai metode, meliputi Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R²), Uji F, dan Uji t. Subjek penelitian ini adalah nasabah yang berdomisili di Kecamatan Purwodadi, Kabupaten Grobogan, dengan total populasi sebanyak 1.050 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu pemilihan sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 100 responden.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemahaman nasabah, teknologi informasi dan keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah kecamatan purwodadi kabupaten grobogan menggunakan platform Byond BSI. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t pada variabel pemahaman nasabah yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah kecamatan purwodadi kabupaten grobogan menggunakan platform Byond BSI,Selanjutnya hasil uji t pada variabel teknologi informasi yang juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah kecamatan purwodadi kabupaten grobogan menggunakan platform Byond BSI dan diikuti juga hasil uji t pada variabel keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah kecamatan purwodadi kabupaten grobogan menggunakan platform Byond BSI.

ABSTRACT:
The level of customer understanding of the use and features of the Byond application is still a challenge, coupled with various technical complaints and security issues due to cyber attacks and system disruptions. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of customer understanding, information technology and security on the decision to use the Byond BSI platform with a study in Purwodadi sub-district, Grobogan district.
This research method uses a quantitative approach. The data used comes from two sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out through the distribution of questionnaires and documentation. The collected data are then analyzed using various methods, including Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient Test (R²), F Test, and t Test. The subjects of this study were customers domiciled in Purwodadi District, Grobogan Regency, with a total population of 1,050 people. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method, namely the selection of samples based on certain criteria. The number of respondents used in this study was determined using the Slovin formula, so that 100 respondents were obtained.
The results of this study indicate that customer understanding, information technology and security have a positive and significant effect on the decision of Purwodadi sub-district customers in Grobogan Regency to use the Byond BSI platform. This result is proven by the results of the t-test on the customer understanding variable which has a positive and significant effect on the decision of Purwodadi sub-district customers in Grobogan Regency to use the Byond BSI platform. Furthermore, the results of the t-test on the information technology variable which also has a positive and significant effect on the decision of Purwodadi sub-district customers in Grobogan Regency to use the Byond BSI platform and is also followed by the results of the t-test on the security variable which has a positive and significant effect on the decision of Purwodadi sub-district customers in Grobogan Regency to use the Byond BSI platform.
