Abstract

Pada era globalisasi sekarang di Indonesia sering terjadi permasalahan gizi. Permasalahan gizi yang sering terjadi adalah gizi kurang dan gizi lebih. Seseorang yang sering mengalami permasalahan gizi adalah remaja. Remaja sering mengalami permasalahan gizi kurang dan gizi lebih dikarenakan pola konsumsi makanan yang kurang baik, seringnya melewatkan sarapan dan seringnya mengonsumsi junk food. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola makan, kebiasaan sarapan dan konsumsi junk food dengan status gizi siswa kelas XII di MAN 1 Bogor.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 132 siswa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 63 siswa kelas XII MAN 1 Bogor yang diperoleh menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Pengambilan data pola makan, kebiasaan sarapan dan konsumsi junk food menggunakan FFQ Semi Kuantitatif, sedangkan penggunaan timbangan berat badan, dan microtoise adalah untuk pengukuran status gizi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan uji statistik korelasi Gamma.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden sebagian besar berjenis kelamin perempuan 45 (71,4%), rata-rata usia responden 17 tahun (73,0%). Penelitian menunjukkan 51 (81,0%) responden berstatus gizi baik, 34 (51,0%) responden memiliki pola makan yang baik, 37 (58,7%) responden memiliki kebiasaan sarapan yang tidak baik, dan 32 (50,7%) responden memiliki kebiasaan jarang mengonsumsi junk food. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola makan dengan status gizi siswa kelas XII di MAN 1 Bogor (p=0,008), dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan sarapan dengan status gizi siswa kelas XII di MAN 1 Bogor (p=0,017). Namun tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan konsumsi junk food dengan status gizi siswa kelas XII di MAN 1 Bogor (p=0,600).

ABSTRACT:
In the current era of globalization in Indonesia, nutrition problems are common. Nutritional problems that often occur are undernutrition and overnutrition. A person who often experiences nutritional problems is adolescents. Teenagers often experience problems of undernutrition and overnutrition due to poor food consumption patterns, frequent skipping of breakfast and frequent consumption of junk food. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between dietary pattern, breakfast habits, and junk food consumption with the nutritional status of XII grade students at MAN 1 Bogor.
This study used a cross sectional research design. The study population consists of 132 students. The sample comprises 63 Grade XII students from MAN 1 Bogor, selected using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling. Data collection on dietary patterns, breakfast habits, and junk food consumption was conducted using a semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire (FFQ), while nutritional status measurement was performed using a weighing scale and a microtiter plate. Data analysis was conducted using the Gamma correlation test.
The results showed that respondents were mostly female 45 (71.4%), the average age of respondents was 17 years (73.0%). The study showed 51 (81.0%) respondents had good nutritional status, 34 (51.0%) respondents had a good diet, 37 (58.7%) respondents had bad breakfast habits, and 32 (50.7%) respondents had a habit of rarely consuming junk food. Statistical test results show that there is a significant relationship between diet and nutritional status of class XII students at MAN 1 Bogor, there is a significant relationship between breakfast habits and nutritional status of grade XII students at MAN 1 Bogor (p=0.017). However, there is no significant relationship between junk food consumption habits and the nutritional status of grade XII students at MAN 1 Bogor (p=0.600).
