Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kinerja, diperlukan individu yang profesional. Pegawai yang berprestasi harus diapresiasi, sementara yang berkinerja buruk harus diberi sanksi. Hal ini mendorong pegawai untuk berusaha maksimal demi kemajuan instansi. Oleh karena itu, penting memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh remunerasi, etika kerja Islam, dan loyalitas kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan (tendik) di UIN Walisongo Semarang untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka melalui profesionalisme, tugas islami, dan loyalitas tinggi.
Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan sampel 100 tenaga kependidikan (tendik) di UIN Walisongo Semarang dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan metode estimasi Ordinary least squares (OLS). Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa remunerasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja tendik, sementara etika kerja Islam dan loyalitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara keseluruhan, remunerasi, etika kerja Islam, dan loyalitas kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja tendik.
Meskipun tidak signifikan secara statistik, pemberian insentif seperti peningkatan remunerasi penting untuk memicu kinerja optimal. Etika kerja Islam dan loyalitas tinggi juga memotivasi tendik untuk bekerja dengan integritas dan meningkatkan komitmen mereka terhadap organisasi. Ketiga faktor ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja tendik di UIN Walisongo Semarang.

ABSTRACT:
To improve performance, professional individuals are needed. Employees who perform well should be appreciated, while those who perform poorly should be sanctioned. This encourages employees to strive for the advancement of the institution. Therefore, it is important to understand the factors that influence employee performance.
This study aims to analyze the influence of remuneration, Islamic work ethics, and work loyalty on the performance of educational staff (tendik) at UIN Walisongo Semarang to improve their performance through professionalism, Islamic duties, and high loyalty.
This quantitative study uses a sample of 100 educational staff (tendik) at UIN Walisongo Semarang, with data collected through questionnaires. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) estimation method. The regression analysis shows that remuneration does not significantly affect the performance of tendik, while Islamic work ethics and work loyalty have a positive and significant effect. Overall, remuneration, Islamic work ethics, and work loyalty significantly affect the performance of tendik.
Although not statistically significant, providing incentives such as increased remuneration is important to trigger optimal performance. Islamic work ethics and high loyalty also motivate tendik to work with integrity and increase their commitment to the organization. These three factors significantly influence the performance of tendik at UIN Walisongo Semarang.
