Kawasan wisata Pantai Kartini Jepara merupakan tujuan wisata yang banyak diminati oleh wisatawan dalam beberapa waktu terakhir. Kawasan wisata ini sangat berpotensi memberikan keuntungan secara ekonomi dan sosial pada masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan kawasan wisata Pantai Kartini dan dampak sosial ekonomi masyarakat akibat pengembangan kawasan wisata Pantai Partini.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) sebagai jenis penelitian. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis perubahan sosial ekonomi masyarakat dalam perkembangan kawasan wisata Pantai Kartini adalah teori Fungsionalisme Struktural Talcott Parsons dengan skema AGIL (Adaptation, Goal Attainment, Integration, Latency).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengembangan kawasan ini memiliki potensi besar, baik dari segi alam, budaya, maupun ekonomi. Potensi ini mencakup keindahan alam, nilai sejarah, dan budaya lokal yang kaya. Pengembangan kawasan wisata Pantai Kartini juga dilakukan dengan berbagai strategi pengembangan dan pemasaran yang baik, misalnya melalui pertunjukan pentas seni maupun melalui media massa. Pengembangan kawasan ini telah memberikan dampak positif, baik dalam bidang ekonomi atau sosial. Pada bidang ekonomi dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar. Masyarakat yang sebelumnya bergantung pada sektor perikanan, kini memiliki peluang baru di sektor pariwisata seperti perdagangan dan jasa. Dampak sosial dari pengembangan kawasan ini juga signifikan. Terdapat perubahan dalam pola interaksi sosial masyarakat yang kini lebih terbuka terhadap budaya luar.

The Kartini Jepara Beach tourist area is a tourist destination that has been in great demand by tourists in recent times. This tourist area has the potential to provide economic and social benefits to the local community. This study aims to find out the process of developing the Kartini Beach tourist area and the socio-economic impact of the community due to the development of the Partini Beach tourist area.

The theory used to analyze the socio-economic changes of the community in the development of the Kartini Beach tourist area is the Talcott Parsons Structural Functionalism theory with the AGIL (Adaptation, Goal Attainment, Integration, Latency) scheme.
The results of the study show that the development process of this area has great potential, both in terms of nature, culture, and economy. This potential includes natural beauty, historical value, and rich local culture. The development of the Kartini Beach tourist area is also carried out with various good development and marketing strategies, for example through art performances and through mass media. The development of this area has had a positive impact, both in the economic and social fields. In the economic sector, it can create jobs and improve the welfare of the surrounding community. People who previously depended on the fisheries sector now have new opportunities in the tourism sector such as trade and services. The social impact of the development of this area is also significant. There is a change in the pattern of social interaction of people who are now more open to foreign cultures.
