This study aims to identified how the use of Google Translate contributes to enhancing bilingual creativity among EFL (English as a Foreign Language) students at the junior high school level. The study used a qualitative research design with a case study approach, data were collected through Questionnaire depth interviews and Observation with 12 student participants. The research findings revealed that students’ experiences using Google Translate in their language learning process positively influenced the development of their bilingual creativity. The tool not only facilitated vocabulary acquisition and sentence construction but also encouraged students to engage in creative thinking when comparing and interpreting translations. These insights highlight the potential of digital translation tools as supporting instruments in EFL learning environments.
