Abstract

Hakikat sekolah ialah proses untuk membantu manusia memanusiakan manusia agar saling menghargai tanpa diskriminasi. Nilai-nilai multikultural sangat penting untuk diterapkan agar tidak terjadi keadaan yang intoleran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dari penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural melalui pendidikan agama Islam di SMK Triatma Jaya Semarang. Penelitian ini mengkaji tiga permasalahan yaitu proses penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural, faktor pendukung dan penghambat dan hasil penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis data secara deskriptif analitik. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil dari penelitian penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural melalui PAI yaitu, Proses penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural di SMK Triatma Jaya Semarang, menggunakan model pengajaran aktif dan komunikatif dengan metode diskusi dan tanya jawab. Faktor pendukung diantaranya: Visi dan misi sekolah yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan tanpa diskriminasi, program-program sekolah yang mendukung penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural. faktor penghambatnya diantaranya: tingkat kemampuan, kematangan emosional siswa yang tidak sama, seringnya guru PAI yang gonta ganti. Hasil penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural menunjukkan bahwa Dalam pembelajaran agama Islam siswa memberikan respon positif atas apa yang disampaikan guru di dalam kelas. Berdasarkan observasi peneliti di luar kelas siswa sudah menunjukkan sikap-sikap multikulturalis yaitu sikap inklusif, kemanusiaan, toleransi dan kesadaran beragama.

ABSTRACT:
The education school is process help to humanize human in order to mutual respect without discrimination. Multicultural values are very important to be applied in order to avoid intolerance. This research is aimed to know the results of the investment values of multicultural through Islamic religious education in SMK Triatma Jaya Semarang. This research focus on three plant the process of investment values multicultural, supporting factors and inhibitors and the result of investment values multicultural. This research uses a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive data analysis. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.
The results of the research that is, The process of investment values multicultural in SMK Triatma Jaya Semarang, use the model of active and communicative teaching with discussion and question and answer method. Supporting factors include: Vision and mission of schools that implement education without discrimination, school programs that support the investment of multicultural value. The inhibiting factors include: the level of ability, emotional maturity of students who are not the same, frequent PAI teachers are mutually replace. The result of multicultural values implies that In the learning of Islam religion students give positive responses to what is delivered by teachers in the classroom. Based on observations of researchers outside the classroom students have shown multicultural attitudes of inclusiveness, humanity, tolerance and religious awareness. Overall, the school community at SMK Triatma Jaya tries to apply the vision and mission of the school.
