Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh spiritual quotient dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Aliansyah Pati sebesar 105. Berdasarkan hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan, maka diperoleh jumlah sampel sebesar 98 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa spiritual quotient dan self efficacy mampu membawa perubahan yang lebih baik dalam meningkatkan perilaku karyawan untuk mau bekerja secara ekstra terhadap pekerjaannya. Spiritual quotient, self efficacy dan organizational citizenship behavior juga mampu memberikan perubahan yang lebih baik dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Organizational citizenship behavior terbukti mampu menjadi variabel intervening antara spiritual quotient terhadap kinerja karyawan. Organizational citizenship behavior juga terbukti mampu menjadi variabel intervening antara self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan
ABSTRACT:
This research aims to know and analyse impact of spiritual quotient and self efficacy toward employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as intervening variable. Population in this research is all of CV. Aliansyah Pati employee, 105. Based on the result of questionnaire all of employee, so it gets sample 98 peoples. Instrument which is used is Partial Least Square.
The result of this research showes that spiritual quotient and self efficacy can bring better changing in improve employee behavior to want extra work toward their performances. Spiritual quotient, self efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior also can bring changing better to improve employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior actually can become intervening variable between spiritual quotient and employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior actually can become intervening variable between self efficacy toward employee behavior.
