Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pengelolaan kelas yang diterapkan di PAUD Islam Hidayatullah serta untuk mendeskripsikan peran pengelolaam kelas pada perkembangan sosial emosional peserta didik di PAUD Islam Hidayatullah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PAUD Islam Hidayatullah Semarang. Data dikumpulkan memalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan metode Miles dan Huberman berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian penerapan pengelolaan kelas di PAUD Islam Hidayatullah adalah: (1) Pengaturan fasilitas pada pada PAUD Islam Hidayatullah meliputi perencanaan pembelajaran yang dimulai dengan menyusun program kerja, kemudian diturunkan pada RPPM dan RPPH. Pengaturan waktu aktivitas pembelajaran peserta didik sudah diatur namun pengaturannya feksibel sesuai kondisi. Pengaturan perabot dan media pembelajaran menyesuaikan dengan tema pembelajaran dan jumlah peserta didiknya yang dilakukan oleh penanggung jawab sentra pada tiap jenjang. Guru dalam membangun iklim belajar itu dengan menarik antusias peserta didik dan menjadi fasilitator saat kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung. (2) Pengaturan peserta didik pada PAUD Islam Hidayatullah dilakukan dengan tindakan preventif (pencegahan) berupa penerapan aturan main serta tindakan korektif berupa pemberian teguran. Hasil penelitian mengenai peran pengelolaan kelas pada perkembangan sosial emosional adalah: (1) perencanaan pengembangan, (2)
pengorganisasian pengembangan, (3) memimpin perkembangan, (4) pengendalian perkembangan.

ABSTRACT:
This study aims to describe how classroom management is applied in PAUD Islam Hidayatullah and to describe the role of class management in the socio-emotional development of student in PAUD Islam Hidayatullah. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research was conducted at PAUD Islam Hidayatullah Semarang. Data were collected through observation. Interviewa, and documentation methods. This research data were analyzed by the Miles and Huberman method in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study on the application of classroom management in PAUD Islam Hidayatullah ara: (1) Arrangement of facilities at PAUD Islam Hidayatullah includes learning planning which begins with compiling a work program, then lowered to RPPM and RPPH. The timing of student learning activities has been arranged but the settings are flexible according to conditions. The arrangement of furniture and learning media adjusts to the theme of learning and the number of students carried out by the person in charge of the center at each level. The teacher in building the learning climate is by attracting the enthusiasm of students and being a facilitator when learning activities take place. (2) the arrangement of students at Islamic PAUD Hidayatullah is carried out with preventive actions (prevention) in the form of applying the rules of te game as well as corrective actiobs in the form of giving warnings. The result of the research on the role of classroom management in socio-emotional development are: (1) development planning, (2) development arganizing, (3) leading development, (4) developmental control.
