Indonesia merupakan negara produsen tempe terbesar di dunia dan menjadi pasar kedelai terbesar di Asia. Indonesia mempunyai sekitar 81 ribu pengrajin usaha tempe, dengan jumlah produksi mencapai 2,4 juta ton tempe per tahun. Rata-rata penjualan produsen tempe di Kabupaten Klaten sebesar Rp. 12.188.264,71 per bulan atau Rp. 406.275,49 per hari dengan rata-rata penggunaan kedelai sebesar 29,22 kg per hari atau setara dengan produksi 45,28 kg tempe per hari. Penjualan tempe home industri Qolbun Salim pada tahun 2021 mengalami fluktuatif. Rata-rata perbulan sebesar Rp. 138.952.783 atau Rp. 4.631.759 per hari dengan penggunaan kedelai sebesar 500 kg perhari atau setara dengan produksi 800 kg tempe perhari. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perhitungan harga pokok produksi dan harga jual yang di lakukan oleh home industri Qolbun Salim dan perbandingan perhitungan harga pokok produksi dan harga jual menggunakan metode full costing. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan metode full costing dalam menghitung harga pokok produksi dan harga jual tempe pada home industri Qolbun Salim. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa harga pokok produksi dan harga jual tempe pada home industri Qolbun Salim menunjukan hasil yang berbeda. Apablia menggunakan metode full costing harga jual akan mengalami kenaikan ini di sebabkan karna dalam metode full costing menghitung semua biaya yang berkaitan dengan proses produksi.

Indonesia is the largest tempe producer in the world and the largest soybean market in Asia. Indonesia has around 81 thousand tempe producers, with a total production of 2.4 million tons of tempe per year. The average sales of tempe producers in Klaten Regency is Rp. 12,188,264.71 per month or Rp. 406,275.49 per day with an average use of soybeans of 29.22 kg per day or equivalent to the production of 45.28 kg of tempeh per day. Sales of tempeh home industry Qolbun Salim in 2021 fluctuated. The purpose of this study is to determine the calculation of the cost of production and selling price carried out by the Qolbun Salim home industry and the comparison of the calculation of the cost of production and selling price using the full costing method. This study uses the full costing method in calculating the cost of production and the selling price of tempeh at the Qolbun Salim home industry. The results of this study indicate that the cost of production and the selling price of tempeh at the Qolbun Salim home industry show different results. If using the full costing method, the selling price will increase, this is because the full costing method calculates all costs related to the production process.
