Abstract

Pendapatan pada Coffeeshop Canoffee Coffee&Vibes mengalami penurunan perlu di tinjau ulang dari basic inti dari pendapatan coffeeshop bisnis makanan dan minuman yaitu sisi marketingnya, apakah ada penurunan dari kepuasan pelanggan. jika ada penurunan maka pastilah dalam persaingan bisnis food&beverage ini adalah di seputar kualitas pelayanan,kualitas produk dan harga dari produk yang dijual yang menjadi penilaian utama dari konsumen tentang bisnis yang terjadi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk,kualitas pelayanan dan harga produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen coffeeshop Canoffee coffee&vibes dengan studi kasus pada konsumen yang mengunjungi coffeeshop Canoffee coffee&vibes semarang.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel di dalam penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen yang mengunjungi Canoffee Coffee & Vibes Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah metode purposive sampling.
Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran google form yang diproses dan dianalisis menggunakan alat SPPS.Hasil dalam penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk dan Harga berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Canoffee Coffee & Vibes Semarang.

ABSTRACT
The income at the Canoffee Coffee&Vibes Coffeeshop has decreased, it needs to be reviewed from the basic core of coffeeshop income and the food and beverage business, namely the marketing side, is there a decrease in customer satisfaction. if there is a decrease then surely in the food & beverage business competition it is around the quality of service, product quality and the price of the products sold which are the main assessments of consumers about the business that is going on.
This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and product prices on consumer satisfaction at Canoffee coffee&vibes coffeeshop with a case study on consumers who visit Canoffee coffee&vibes coffeeshop Semarang.This research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were consumers who visited Canoffee Coffee & Vibes Semarang. The method used in sampling is pruposive sampling method.
The data in this study were obtained through the distribution of google forms which were processed and analyzed using the SPPS tool.The results in the research conducted indicate that Service Quality, Product Quality and Price have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at Canoffee Coffee & Vibes Semarang.
