Sebelum masa Pandemi Covid-19 Kube Asoka Wijaya III bisa memanen dan menjual jamur tiram dan kuping sebanyak 5000 baglog tetapi sejak Pandemi Covid-19 Kube Asoka Wijaya III mengalami penurunan jumlah produksi bahkan sempat tidak memproduksi jamur lagi dikarenakan penjualan yang menurun dan permintaan dari konsumen yang berkurang, sehingga banyak anggota nya yang mencari pekerjaan lain untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya.
maka dari itu saya ingin meneliti model kepemimpinan kepala desa Polokarto dalam membangkitkan kesejahteraan kelompok usaha bersama KUBE ASOKA WIJAYA III dalam budidaya jamur. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut peneliti menggunakan teori kepemimpinan James McGregor Burns yaitu teori kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan transaksional. Serta menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan studi literatur atau observasi. Dalam penelitian kualitatif ini peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu model kepemimpinan kepala desa Polokarto Kecamatan Polokarto Kabupaten Sukoharjo yaitu menggunakan model kepemimpinan transformasional. Dalam menggunakan model kepemimpinan tersebut kepala desa Polokarto memiliki sifat karismatik, inspirasional kedua sifat tersebut yang paling dominan di dalam kepemimpinan kepala Desa Polokarto. Peran Model kepemimpinan transformasional yang menjadi model kepemimpinan kepala desa sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan kelompok usaha bersama kepala desa Polokarto menggunakan cara motivasi dan memberikan dorongan kepada masyarakat serta inovasi baru yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

ABSTRACT:
This research started with the researcher’s interest in seeing leadership models that can improve people’s welfare, especially in Polokarto Village, Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency. During the COVID-19 pandemic Kube Asoka Wijaya III experienced a decline in product marketing which caused 10 of its members to look for new jobs to meet their needs.
The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the leadership model of the village head of Polokarto in improving the welfare of the joint venture group in the village of Polokarto Sukoharjo? Knowing what leadership model was carried out by the village head of Polokarto to raise the welfare of the ASOKA WIJAYA III joint venture group (KUBE). To answer this problem, researchers use James McGregor Burns’ leadership theory, namely the theory of transformational leadership and transactional leadership. As well as using descriptive qualitative methods and using literature or observation studies. In this qualitative research, researchers used data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation.
The results of this study are the leadership model for the village head of Polokarto, Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency, namely using a transformational leadership model. In using this leadership model, the village head of Polokarto has charismatic, inspirational traits, both of which are most dominant in the leadership of the village head of Polokarto. The role of the transformational leadership model which is the leadership model for the village head is very influential on the welfare of the business group together with the Polokarto village head using motivational methods and providing encouragement to the community as well as new innovations used to improve community welfare.
