Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Upah, Etos Kerja Islami, Motivasi kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Saat Pandemi COVID-19 di Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jenis data primer yaitu menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Semarang. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, dan uji heteroskedatisitas. Sementara untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (R2) uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan).
Menurut analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan Upah (X1) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai koefisien sebesar -1.472 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,145. Etos Kerja Islami (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 3.328 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,001. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilia koefisien 29.271 dan signifikansi 0,000
ABSTRACT:
This study aims to determine the analys of the Compensation, Islamic Work Ethos, and Job Performance during Pandemic COVID-19 in Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Semarang. The writing method used is a quantitative research method, with primary data types namely questionnaire to be shared to the employees in Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Semarang. This research uses SPSS 25 as their counting. Technical analysis of the data carried out in the form of classical assumption test in the form of validity test, reliability test, normality test and heteroscedasticity test. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test includes panel data regression test, coefficient of determination test (R2), t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous).
Based on data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that Compensation (X1) has positive and insignificant effect to Job Performance with a coefficient value of -1.472 and a significance 0,145. The Islamic Work Ethic (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Job Performance with a coefficient value of 3.328 and a significance of 0,001. Work Motivation (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the Job Performance with a coefficient value of 29.271 and a significance of 0,000.
