Abstract

Kompetensi pedagogik guru memiliki peranan penting dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran. Kompetensi pedagogik guru dapat ditingkatkan antara lain melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada MGMP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (a) mengungkap kompetensi pedagogik guru-guru PAI SMP dalam forum MGMP di Kabupaten Purbalingga, (b) mengungkap pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI SMP dalam forum MGMP di Kabupaten Purbalingga dan (c) mengetahui implikasi peran MGMP dalam mengoptimalkan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI SMP Kabupaten Purbalingga. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan angket, yakni teknik untuk mendapatkan data dari sumber yang berbeda-beda dengan teknik yang sama seperti pengamatan, observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan data tentang objek penelitian. Aktivitas Analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman melalui tiga tahap: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik yang dimiliki guru PAI SMP di Kabupaten Purbalingga termasuk kategori sedang, hal ini dapat dilihat dari perolehan kategori skor yang diperoleh responden dalam tiga kategori tinggi, sedang, dan rendah sebagaian besar menunjukkan hasil sedang. Adapun pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI dalam forum MGMP mencakup dua aspek, yakni aspek perangkat pembelajaran dan penilaian. Dari penelitian juga ditemukan bahwa implikasi peran MGMP sangat signifikan dalam mengoptimalkan kompetensi pedagogik guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di Kabupaten Purbalingga.

ABSTRACT:
Teacher pedagogic competence has an important role in the management of learning. Teacher pedagogical competence can be increased, among others, through activities carried out at the MGMP. This study aims to (a) reveal the pedagogic competence of junior high school PAI teachers in the MGMP forum in Purbalingga Regency, (b) reveal the development of pedagogic competence of junior high school Islamic education teachers in the MGMP forum in Purbalingga Regency and (c) find out the implications of the MGMP's role in optimizing pedagogical competence. PAI teacher at SMP Purbalingga. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques use triangulation of sources and questionnaires, namely techniques to obtain data from different sources with the same techniques as observation, observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation to obtain data about the object of research. Data analysis activities used the Miles and Huberman model through three stages: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that the pedagogic competence of junior high school PAI teachers in Purbalingga Regency was in the moderate category, this can be seen from the acquisition of score categories obtained by respondents in the three categories of high, medium and low, most of which showed moderate results. The development of PAI teacher pedagogical competence in the MGMP forum includes two aspects, namely aspects of learning tools and assessment. The research also found that the implication of the role of the MGMP was very significant in optimizing the pedagogical competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in Purbalingga Regency.
