Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas Pentingnya Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia di Biro Umrah. Latar belakang penelitian ialah Ketertarikan peneliti mendirikan Biro Umrah dengan kualitas pelayanan terbaik. Penelitian menggunakan Metode Kualitatif. Data didapatkan melalui Studi Literatur, Observasi dan Wawancara. Setiap perusahaan memiliki karyawan sebagai SDM yang bertugasmenjalankan operasional perusahaan. Zaman yang serba teknologi dewasa ini, menuntut penggerak perusahaan semakin kreatif dan terus belajar mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Perusahaan dalam kasus ini Biro Umrah, perlu memiliki sebuah Teknologi SIM dan Sumber Daya Manusia terbaik untuk memberikan kontribusi positif dalam kelancaran operasional. SDM merupakan aset penting perusahaan. Demikian pula dengan adanya SIM di perusahaan dapat membantu SDM dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. SIM harus di dukung oleh SDM yang memiliki kompetensi. Oleh karenanya, SIM dan SDM memiliki urgensi untuk diperhatikan. Implementasi SIM harus diimbangi dengan SDM yang berkualitas. Untuk meningkatkan Kualitas SDM, perusahaan dapat melaksanakan Pengembangan SDM. Peneliti melakukan Studi Kasus di PT Ar-Rahmah Tour Kendal. Melalui penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa Biiro Umrah tersebut telah sukses mengimplementasikan SIM dan pengembangan SDM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi SIM dan Pengembangan SDM sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan karena dapat memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap optimalisasi kualitas pelayanan biro umrah serta kemajuan perusahaan di masa depan.

ABSTRACT:
This research aims to discuss the importance of Implementing Management Information Systems and Human Resource Development at the Umrah Bureau. The research background is the researcher's interest in establishing an Umrah Bureau with the best service quality. Research uses Qualitative Methods. Data was obtained through Literature Studies, Observations and Interviews. Every company has employees as Human Resources who are tasked with running the company's operations. Today's technological era demands that company drivers become more creative and continue to learn to keep up with the times. The company, in this case the Umrah Bureau, needs to have the best MIS Technology and Human Resources to make a positive contribution to smooth operations. HR is an important company asset. Likewise, having a MIS in the company can help HR in carrying out their duties. MIS must be supported by competent Human Resources. Therefore, MIS and HR have an urgency to pay attention to. MIS implementation must be balanced with quality Human Resources. To improve the quality of Human Resources, companies can carry out Human Resource Development. Researchers conducted a Case Study at PT Ar-Rahmah Tour Kendal. Through this research, it is known that the Umrah Bureau has successfully implemented MIS and Human Resource Development. The research results show that MIS implementation and HR development are very important to implement because they can have a positive influence on optimizing the quality of Umrah Bureau services and the company's progress in the future.
