Abstract
The result of the investigate appears that motivation of teacher had an critical part and must be possessed by each teacher in instructing and learning prepare in course, particularly on changing the student’s attitude on learning English.This research used qualitative method and descriptice research design.Teacher utilized ten techniques to motivate students in learning English, which appearing great conduct to students, giving charming and strong classroom environment, cohesive learner group with suitable group standards, expanding the learners’ hope of success, making the educating materials pertinent for the students, making learning invigorating and enjoyable, showing errands in a persuading way, expanding learners’ self-confidence, giving positive criticism,and the final giving compensate and grades in a persuading way. English teacher utilized a assortment of educating strategy that curiously, giving motivating forces or support, such as gave positive input, expansion values, compensate, or by individual approach and teacher continuously keeping up a great attitude. Motivation strategies conducted by teachers als make the students active and enthusiasm to learn English.
