Abstract
The thesis discusses the perception of English Language Teaching students on the importance of game and song subject to teach speaking. The research was aimed at answering following question: How is the perception of English Language Teaching Students on the importance of game and song subject to teach speaking?
This research was a descriptive qualitative that was done used data. Data collection was done by questionnaire, interview and document. The data was analyzed in form of descriptive.
The result of research said that from sixty one students said that game and song subject was enjoyable, interesting, creative, communicative and innovative subject. The subject helped students to improve teaching method, especially teaching speaking. The students could study speaking. The teacher can teach speaking by speaking games and songs subject.
Based on the result of research, it was expected to be information for teacher and English Language Teaching Students to teach speaking.
